Online workshops facilitation : the art and craft of collaborative experiences for learners

Within the learning landscape, educational workshops stand alone as an immersive experience based on active learning and collaboration. When designed and executed well, workshops can have a transformational effect on learners: delivering inspiration, impact, and growth. The facilitator draws on the personal and collective energy of the group to guide learners towards their learning outcome. But what about online workshops?
